摘　　要：从抽砂、防砂的理论研究出发,利用研制的专利产品——冲砂转换装置,初步探索出了抽砂、防砂工艺技术。在冲砂后起钻时依靠单向皮碗的抽汲作用,将聚集在近井地带的地层砂抽出,改善地层砂砾运移造成的地层堵塞,使井筒附近流体渗流通道增大,起到一定的防砂作用,为后续的防砂提供了良好的防砂环境,使防砂一次成功率和施工进度大大提高。This paper introduces a new technology of sand washing and sand prevention using patented sand washing crossover assembly which is based on conventional method. The sand which is accumulated in the near wellhore area will be moved by using swabbing action of the unidirectional leather cup. This action can improve the flow matrix of the near wellbore area and enhance the sand prevention effect.
