摘  要:通过比较未投加聚合氯化铝(PAC)和投加PAC进行化学除磷的两组蚯蚓生物滤池在不同温度条件下的处理效果和蚯蚓适应性,考察了投加PAC进行化学除磷的可行性。结果表明:投加PAC后蚯蚓生物滤池对TP的去除效果显著提高,出水COD降低,氨氮增加,而TN基本没有变化;投加PAC后产生的化学污泥是导致SS减量率和VSS减量率降低的主要原因,但出泥的VSS/SS与未投加PAC的非常接近,污泥的稳定化程度仍较高;投加PAC对蚯蚓有一定的毒害作用,导致生物量和摄食消化能力有所下降,但随着时间的延长,蚯蚓抵御PAC胁迫的能力增强;虽然滤池具有一定的保温效果,但低温仍然较大程度地影响了蚯蚓生物滤池的处理效果,故蚯蚓生物滤池宜建在温暖地区或对其采取适当的保温措施。To analyze the feasibility of chemical phosphorus removal, the earthworm adaptability and treatment effect in the earthworm biofiher (EBF) were investigated with and without PAC under different temperatures. The results show: ①After PAC is added, the TP removal efficiency is significantly increased, the effluent COD concentration is decreased, NH3 -N concentration is increased and the TN concentration has no evident change.②As a result of chemical sludge induced by PAC, the reduction rates of SS and VSS are lowered. However, with lower VSS/SS, sludge is still more stabilized. ③Because PAC has toxic effect on earthworms, their relative ingestive ability and biomass are gradually lowered. Fortunately, the earthworm toleration towards the detrimental stress of PAC is increased as time elapses. ④Although the EBF temperature is greater than that outside in winter, the relatively low temperature affects the living conditions of earthworms and thus decreases the treatment efficiency. Using the EBF in a warmer area or taking appropriate thermal insulation measures are recommended.
