摘 要:考察了三维电极/电Fenton法对垃圾渗滤液中COD的去除效果及其影响因素,并探讨了COD的降解动力学。结果表明,在涂膜炭填充率为20%、炭水比为0.5、极板间距为10 cm、电流密度为57.1 mA/cm2、曝气量为0.2 m3/h、Fe2+浓度为1 mmol/L、pH值为4的最佳条件下,电解180 min后,对COD的去除率为80.8%,明显高于电Fenton法(58.83%)和三维电极法(69.64%);三维电极/电Fenton法对垃圾渗滤液中COD的降解符合拟三级反应动力学方程,当原水COD为1 634 mg/L时,动力学常数k=2.197×10-8L2/(mg2.min)。COD removal effect and its influencing factors in the landfill leachate sional electrode/electro-Fenton process were investigated, and the degradation kinetics by three-dimen- of COD was explored. The results show that under the optimum conditions of insulating carbon content 20%, ratio of activated carbon to water 0. 5, electrode distance 10 cm, current density 57.1 mA/cm^2 , air flow rate 0.2 m^3/h, Fe^2+ concentration 1 mmol/L and pH 4, the removal rate of COD is 80.8% after 180 min, which is higher than that of electro-Fenton (58.83%) and three-dimensional electrode (69.64%). The degradation of COD from landfill leachate by three-dimensional electrode/electro-Fenton process conforms to the pseudo-third order kinetic equation, and the value of the kinetic constant k is 2. 197 × 10^-8 La/( mg^2·min) when COD of raw wastewater is 1 634 mg/L.
