摘 要:为了克服传统接触式测温的不足,充分利用红外测温的快速、非接触等优点,在CAN总线组网的基础上设计了分布式红外测温系统,以带CAN模块的英飞凌单片机作为控制器,红外热电堆、24位AD转换芯片和上位PC机组成整个温度监测系统。实验表明,在基于Windows的监控软件的集中控制下,实现了由32个传感器组成的实时温度监测,系统工作状态和测温精度都达到了理想效果。To overcome the shortcomings of contact in the conventional temperature measurement, distributed infrared thermometer system based on CAN bus is designed. It took full advantages of the infrared temperature measurement: quick and non-contacting. The whole temperature monitor system was consituted of the Infineon MCU with CAN module as the controller, the infrared thermopilc, the 24 bits AD converter and the host PC. The experimential results indicate that, under the concentrated control of Windows inspecting software, the real-time temperature can be monitored by this system with 32 sensors, the working state of this system and the accuracy of the temperature measurement results are ideal.
