摘  要:为了实现对LED光谱特性参数的自动测量,利用虚拟仪器的设计思想及LabVIEW软件强大的信号处理功能,设计实现了基于LabVIEW的定光栅摄谱仪。系统以LabVIEW为软件平台,定光栅摄谱仪为硬件平台,获取信号通过PC机的控制和处理,实现了自动控制、测量信号、分析、显示等功能。实验表明,基于LabVIEW的定光栅摄谱仪具有界面友好、操作简单、测量精度高等特点,具有广阔的应用前景。In order to measure the parameters of LED based on LabVIEW was designed and developed with spectrum automatically, a grating spectrograph instrument the design idea of virtual instruments and the powerful signal processing function of LabVIEW. This system takes LabVIEW as software platform, takes grating spectrograph as hardware platform, and the acquired signal was controlled and processed with PC. Those functions such as auto-control, signal measurement, analyses, display and so on were realized through this system. The experimental results indicated that the interface of the grating spectrograph based on LabVIEW was friendly, its operation was simply, and its measurement accuracy was perfect. All those predicted its broad application prospects.
