摘　　要：为了实现三坐标测量机的自动化测量,根据现代专业测量软件Rational DMIS提供的接口函数,编写动态链接库,利用VC多线程技术和串口,实现了马达驱动式三坐标测量机到CNC型三坐标测量机的转变。对设计中使用的串口通信、多线程技术以及动态链接库的实现做了详细的介绍,实验结果表明能很好地与Rational软件连接,达到了CNC测量要求,在现阶段三坐标测量行业中有广阔的应用前景。For realizing automatic three-coordinate measurements, the transformation from motor-operated to CNC type for the three-coordinate measuring machine has been achieved through the interface functions provided by Rational DMIS and programming dynamic-link library based on the multithread technology of VC. The serial communication, multithread technology and the implement of dynamic-link library have been introduced in detail. The results showed that the requirements of CNC measurement had been full＇died, and it is with wide application prospects in the three-coordinate industry.
