摘  要:针对大港南部油田具体地质和开发生产特征,提出以水治水、提速开采、以水促油、高效注水的开发思路和技术措施,在前人精细油藏地质研究基础上,针对不同的油藏类型及所处开发阶段,结合油藏微观渗流特征、剩余油分布规律,通过Logistic旋回数学模型、开发动态分析法和经验公式法确定最大采液量、合理注采比、合理采油速度等开发参数,最终使得大港南部油田水驱开发效果得到明显改善,并对多层段低流度油藏减缓层间及平面矛盾起到重要作用,也为国内同类型的低流度复杂断块油藏注水开发开拓了一条捷径。A multi-layer, anisotropic and low mobility oil pool has the characteristics such as many layers, small fault blocks and low mobility etc.. So the contradictory including difficult stable exploitations will appear in the different exploitation stages for different oil pool types. Taking the Dagang oil field as a study aim and considering the concrete geologic and exploitation characteristics, this paper proposes the exploitation clues and technologic measures including to use water to administer water, to speed up exploitation, to use water to drive oil and to inject water high efficiently, etc.. On the basis of the fine geological study, counlering different types and different exploitation stages of the oil pool, the exploitation parameters such as the maximum fluid withdrawal rate, reasonable injection-withdrawal ratio, reasonable oil production rate are obtained by the means of the Logistic cyclic mathematical model, dynamic analysis and empirical formula. Finally, the exploitation effect obtained by using the water drive method is improved apparently in the south of the Dagang oil field. Meanwhile, one good method for exploiting the multi-layer, low mobility and complex fault block oil pool is put forward and it can be referred by the same and other oil fields to reduce the contradictory existing in the intrabed and on the plane of oil pool.
