尿道外口成形术治疗女性尿道综合征(附80例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨女性尿道综合征的治疗方法。方法对80例病人施行尿道外口成形术(尿道外口局部病变切除加尿道前庭移植术)。结果对80例女性尿道综合征患者采用本术式,随访2～24月,治愈41例,显效34例,无效5例,总有效率93.7%,无并发症发生。结论尿道外口局部病变切除加尿道前庭移植术疗效确切,是治疗女性尿道综合征的较好方法。Objective To discuss the treatment for female urethral syndrome. Methods Eighty cases of patients with female urethral syndrome were treated with the external urethroplasty （ i. e. local removal of external urethral pathological changes plus urethral vestibular transplantation）. Results After the 80 cases of patients with female urethral syndrome received the treatment by this external urethroplasty method, it was found that during the 2 -24 months follow - up there were 41 cases cured,34 cases of remarkable therapeutic effect and 5 cases of no therapeutic effect,with the total therapeutic effect being 93.7% and without complication. Conclusions Treatment by local removal of external urethral pathological changes plus urethral vestibular transplantation has an exact curative effect on female urethral syn drome and is therefore the preferable method.
