摘  要:目的应用彩色超声多普勒观察骨科外用过氧化氢液对家犬心脏血流动力学的影响。方法选用成年杂种犬10只,随机均分为 A、B 两组,分别用10和20 ml 的过氧化氢液一次性倒入伤口,上覆纱布。冲洗前后用彩色超声多普勒观察和测量犬的心脏血流动力学指标。取肺组织行病理学检查,应用 IA-3001影像分析系统测定每个视野中脂肪微粒所占百分比。结果 A 组仅表现为冲洗后 HR 减慢(P<0.05);B 组冲洗后 HR 减慢、射血分数(EF)降低、每搏量(SV)减少(P<0.05),且2例发生了气体栓塞。B 组肺组织可见明显的脂肪颗粒。结论骨科外用过氧化氢液可使心率减慢,过量时致心功能损害,甚至发生气体栓塞或脂肪栓塞。Objective To observe the effects of hydrogen peroxide externally used on dog's hemodynamics. Methods Ten dogs were allocated into two groups with 10 dogs each. Group A rinsed with 10 ml and group B with 20 ml of hydrogen peroxide, respectively. The hemodynamics was observed with color echocardiography. The lungs were examined for pathological evidence of fat particles. Results Heart rate decreased in each rinsing. In group B, EF, SV and blood velocity on diastolic period of mitral valve and systolic period of aortal valve were decreased. Air embolism appeared in two dogs. The amount of embolic fat in lung tissues was singnificantly higher in group B. Conclusion Hydrogen peroxide may decrease heart rate,even lead to myocardial damage and air or fat embolism if over dosage.
