摘　　要：对宝钢COREX C3000开炉及达产的生产技术特点进行了阐述。经过半年来的努力,COREX C3000累计生产铁水超过40万t,平均作业率将近90%,平均燃料比保持在吨铁1t煤,铁水成分完全满足炼钢要求,平均铁水温度在1505～1510℃。This paper introduces the production technology of the world＇s biggest COREX plant with respect to startup and commercial production. In the first half of the year, the accumulative output of COREX C3000 amounts to 400,000 t, the average productivity comes to nearly 90%, the average fuel ratio keeps at 1 t coal/t of iron, the chemical analysis of the hot metal fully satisfies the steelmaking requirement and the average hot metal temperature hits 1505 - 1510℃.
