摘  要:采用不同浓度NaCl和等渗PEG 6000处理华北驼绒藜(Ceratoides arborescens(Losinsk.)Tsien et C.C.Ma)和梭梭(Haloxylon ammodendron(Mey.)Bunge)2种旱生植物种子。结果表明,盐胁迫和水分胁迫对其萌发均具有明显的抑制作用,降低种子萌发率,推迟种子初始萌发时间、延长种子萌发时间;在700 mmol/L NaCl处理时,华北驼绒藜和梭梭种子萌发率分别为0和49.33%,说明梭梭比华北驼绒藜种子具有更强的耐盐性。PEG6000(-3.2MPa)溶液处理后,2种旱生植物种子萌发恢复率高于等渗NaCl溶液处理;在NaCl(-3.2MPa)溶液中处理10 h后,华北驼绒藜和梭梭种子中Na+含量增加,K+含量减少,表明种子中Na+的大量累积,能够抑制种子的萌发。Salt tolerance and drought stress are very important factors affecting seed germination. The study investigated the effects of different concentrations of NaCl and iso-osmotic PEG (polyethylene glycol) on seed germination of two xerophytes, Ceratoides arborescens (Losinsk.) Tsien et C. C. Ma and Haloxylon ammodendron (Mey.) Bunge. The inhibitory effects of NaCl and water stress mainly reflected in lowering seed germination rate, delaying initial germination time, and extending germination duration. When NaCl concentration was 700 mmol · L^-1 , the final germination rate of H. amrnodendron and C. arborescens was 49.33% and 0 respectively, indicating C. arborescens was more salt-tolerant than H. ammodendron. The recovery germination rates of two xerophytes treated by -3.2MPa PEG6000 were higher than those treated by iso-osmotic NaCl. After being treated by -3.2MPa NaCl solution for 10h, the seed Na^+ content of both species increased and K^+ content decreased, suggesting an accumulation of Na^+ which might inhibit the seed germination of C. arborescens and H. arnrnodendron.
