韩国对华直接投资与中国对韩进出口关系的分析

摘　　要：自从1992年中韩建交以来,韩国逐渐成为中国重要的贸易伙伴国和外商直接投资的主要来源地。本文分析了韩国在华直接投资对中韩贸易规模、贸易结构和贸易方式的影响;同时运用协整方法和误差修正模型,考察了1992-2006年韩国在华外商直接投资与中韩贸易之间的关系。实证结果表明:从长期来看,韩国外商直接投资与我国对韩进出口贸易之间存在着长期均衡关系;从短期来看,韩国外商直接投资和我国对韩出口贸易的关系由短期偏离向长期均衡调整的速度很快。因此,韩国对华直接投资促进中韩产业内贸易、产品内贸易和公司内贸易的发展。Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Korea in1992, Korea has become China＇s main investment destination, as well as the important trade partner. Applying data from 1992 to 2006 and based on co-integration analysis and error correction model, this paper analyzes the influence of inward-FDI of Korea in China on the trade scale, the trade structure and the trade mode, and investigates the relations between the inward-FDI in China and the Sino-south Korea trade. It is found that the inward-FDI in China has a positive impact on Sino-Korea trade in the long run; while in the short run, the relations between the inward-FDI in China and the Sino-Korea trade has been adjusted quickly from short-term deviation to long-term equivalence. Therefore, inward-FDl of Korea has promoted the development of intra-industry trade, intra-industry trade and intra-company trade between two countries.
