摘　　要：目的提高医疗质量管理的科学性和进行性。方法把医院管理年活动的开展,与ISO9001:2000国际质量管理标准相结合,注重过程管理,强调持续改进。结果把过程管理作为重点,持续改进成为常规。结论医疗质量和医疗安全是医院永恒的主题。Objective To improve the health care quality management scientifically and Operationally. Methods Pay attention to the process of management and emphasize continuous improvement during the campaign of the year of hospital management reference to the IS09001：2000 international quality management standard. Results The Process- oriented management are attached great importance, and the continuous improvement is the routine of the health care quality management. Conclusion The health care quality and security become an eternal theme of a hospital.
