摘　　要：目的探讨并加强引流管路的护理管理,提高护理技术质量。方法通过科学规范完善护理表格路径的应用,约束护理行为,加强对术后引流患者出入量、胃肠减压量、引流液颜色、性质、管路位置及畅通等情况动态变化的护理观察与记录。结果科学规范了术后引流患者的常规护理观察内容,完善了护理表格记录内容,拓展了护理管理的新途径。结论引流动态护理观察记录表格路径在术后患者中的应用,深化了整体护理管理工作,提高了术后护理观察质量,为医疗提供详实的治疗依据,减少了护理缺陷及医疗争议的发生。Objective To discuss and enhance nursing management of the drainage, improve the quality in nursing technology. Methods Through the application of the chart pathway of nursing scientifically, we strengthened nursing observation and records of the drainage patients, such as the input and output, gastrointestinal decompression volume, color and nature drainage patients were Standard scientifically, the record of the nursing case chart- ing were improved, the new way of the nursing management was developed. Conclusions It proposes that to deep the entire nursing management, im- prove the quality of the nursing observations, provide full and accurate treatment basis, reduce the occurrence of nursing defects and the disputes in medical care as a result of the application of the nursing chart.
