摘　　要：外伤后急性弥漫性脑肿胀(Post-traumatic aculte diffuse brain swelling)是指外伤后数小时内脑组织广泛肿大或膨胀。临床并非少见。由于临床表现无特征性,故CT扫描为确诊依据。其主要特征为脑室和脑池的形态变窄或消失。Post-traumatic acute difiuse brain swelling refers to the extensive swelling or expansion of brain tissues within several hours after a brain trauma occurs. Clinically, it is not rare but manifests no specific symptoms and signs. So CT scanning provides a basis for the confirmed diagnosis. Narrowing and disappearance of the ventricles of brain and the cisterma are mainly characterised as CT scanning findings of the disease.
