摘　　要：叙述了磨球的服役条件及对材料的要求;分析稀土低铬白口铸铁磨球破碎率高的主要原因是:碳化物呈连续网状分析和铸造缺陷;讨论了低铬白口铸铁磨球的生产工艺及质量控制。The paper describes the service condition and the material requirement of grinding ball. It holds that the main reasons accounting for the high rate breakage of blow chromium white cast iron grinding ball should be netted carbide and casting defect, so the production process and quality control shoud be taken into consideration.
