“下代基因”集群设计的七点观察

摘　　要：台湾第一次国际集群设计(在台湾称为集体创作)台北澳底"下代基因",邀请10位知名国际与大陆建筑师和10位知名台湾建筑师,2007年5月开始筹划、10月看基地并开始设计,2008年6月第一阶段设计完成。这个集群设计受到了国内外许多的关注与关切,文章以几个国际合作项目,以个案的回顾方式,试着探讨"下代基因"在台湾的角色。从1999年台湾开始的国际经验脉络中看来,文章有7点观察:单向到双向合作、城市竞争力,永续环境、文化创意,建筑对话、业主角色、大众品味。Architecture is a reflection of lifestyle, or belief, or phitosophy. Therefore it is really precious for an introverted area like Taiwan, whose foreign interaction has been mired to learn from foreign projects.We want to upgrade the quality of architecture and festyle together. We are behind by 30 years but we want this to be upgraded immediately. The first group design therefore called Next Gene because the life, the thinking, the perception, or the lifestyle in the environment would be all different. This project tries to ntegrate and compare cultural issues through design. There are seven observations： one way to two-way international collaboration city competitiveness, sustainable environment, cultural industry, the role of client, and the citizen＇s taste
