摘　　要：利用静态挂片试验、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱(EDS)分析方法,比较了Hastelloy C合金、804合金、20号合金、904L和316L不锈钢在温度为80℃的循环废酸中的耐蚀性能,对循环废酸泵进行了选材研究。结果表明在温度为80℃的循环废酸中,除Hastelloy C合金外,其余四种合金都具有优异的耐蚀性。In order to select a proper material for the circular disposal acid pump in the aniline unit, the weight-loss method, SEM and EDS techniqus were adapted to study the antieorrosive properties of Hastelloy C alloy, 804 alloy, 20 alloy, 904L and 316L stainless steels in the circular disposal acid at 80 ℃. The results showed that except Hastelloy C alloy, the other four kinds of alloys had excellent anticorrosive properties in the circular disposal acid at 80 ℃.
