摘　　要：某厂尿素合成塔内衬里完好,但层板及焊缝多处开裂。分析结果认为,该合成塔产生大量应力腐蚀裂纹的原因在于使用二次蒸汽检漏,且检漏口密封不严,导致二次蒸汽漏入层板之间,同时该合成塔存在较大拉应力。对此提出了改用空气检漏等若干建议。The lining of a carbarnide synthetic tower was in good condition. But there were a lot of cracks in many laminated plates and welding lines. The reason for cracking was analyzed. The leaking of discharge steam used for leakage detection into the laminated plates and the existance of great tensile stress in the tower resulted in stress corrosion cracking. Some proposals such as using the air to detect leakage etc are suggested.
