摘　　要：设计了一种为防止计算机电磁辐射而造成信息泄露的新型加扰器．本加扰器采取软硬件相结合的方法产生一系列频带范围很宽的随机电磁波信号作为伪噪声信号，与计算机泄漏的有用信息混合在一起进行辐射，以达到淹没和掩盖计算机有用信息的目的，使窃密者即使截获了这一混合信号也无法从中提取有用信息．该加扰器输出的噪声信号频率范围为1～1000MHz，能有效覆盖计算机辐射信号的频带范围．A new kind of countermeasurer that prevents the information leakage caused by the computer electromagnetic radiation was firefly introduced. This countermeasurer adopted the method which the software and hardware unifies to produce stochastic electromagnetic wave signal which has very wide frequency bands scope. The noise signal was mixed with the useful information which computer divulged together to submerge and cover the computer useful information, even if someone intercepted this composite signal, it still could not withdraw useful information from the mixed signal. The range of noise signal frequency is 1-1 000 MHz, which can effectively cover the band scope of the computerrs radiation signal frequency.
