摘  要:为解决活性炭纤维(ACF)同时低温吸附氧化脱除SO2/NOx/Hg时传递过程对脱除率的影响问题,通过实验和数学模型相结合的方法,研究了传递过程对脱除污染物宏观反应速率的影响,并将ACF与颗粒活性炭(GAC)的传递过程影响进行了比较.认为温度的影响对于ACF和GAC都可以忽略;当ACF表面流速大于0.113 m/s,GAC表面流速大于0.2 m/s时,外扩散的影响可以忽略;ACF内扩散的影响可以不考虑,而GAC不能忽略.Activated carbon fibers (ACF) and granulated activated carbon (GAC) were used for adsorption and oxidation removal of SO2/NOx/Hg at low-temperature. The reaction rate of removal pollutants was influenced by transport process. According to the data attained from experiments and math models, the influence of transport process on removal of SO2/NOx/Hg was studied, and the transport process in ACF were compared with those of GAC. The influence of temperature on macrorate can be neglected to ACF and GAC. When the flow speed on outside the surface of ACF was more than 0. 113 m/s and that of GAC was more than 0.2 m/s, the influence of outside diffusion on macrorate can be neglected. The influence of inside diffusion on macro-rate can be neglected to ACF but not to GAC.
