摘 要:选3头装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的西门塔尔杂交肉牛,采用3×3拉丁方设计,以瘤胃尼龙袋法测定日粮补饲铜(源于硫酸铜,分别补饲Cu0、8和18mg/kgDM)对稻草纤维性物质和玉米有机物(OM)瘤胃降解率的影响。结果表明,对照组(0补饲)、8mg处理组、18mg处理组的稻草中性洗涤纤维(NDF)降解率分别为26.84%、27.84%、29.23%,18mg处理组明显高于对照组;对照组、8mg处理组、18mg处理组的玉米OM降解率分别为45.65%、45.48%、40.27%,18mg处理组明显低于其它处理组,肉牛日粮补饲硫酸铜明显影响瘤胃稻草NDF和玉米OM降解率,日粮补饲18mg可明显提高稻草NDF降解率并降低玉米OM的降解率。An experiment was conducted to determine the effect of supplemental Cu (as Cu sulfate) on degradation of forage fiber and organic matter of corn in rumen of steers. Three ruminally cannulated steers were fed, in a 3× 3 Latin square design. Treatments consisted of the following : control (no supplemental Cu) and 8 or 18 mg Cu/kg DM (on DM basis of diet) from Cu sulfate. In situ NDF disappearance of rice straw and OM disappearance of corn at different incubation times in rumen were measured. Degradabilities of straw NDF of three groups were 26.84%, 27.84% and 29.23%, respectively. Comparing with the control, the degradability of NDF of straw in 18rag group was higher and degradability of corn OM was lower(P〈 0.05). The degradability of corn OM of the three treatments were 45.65%, 45.48% and 40. 27%, respectively. These results indicated that Cu supplemented at 18 mg Cu/kgDM improved rumen fiber degradation and decreased OM fermentation of corn in steers.
