更年乐片中总黄酮含量的测定

摘　　要：通过乙醇-水(70+30)溶液回流法提取,以淫羊藿苷为指标,采用紫外分光光度法测定更年乐片中总黄酮含量。试验表明:淫羊藿苷在2.19～25.92mg·L^(-1)范围内呈线性,平均回收率为98.6%,相对标准偏差(n=5)为0.53%。Favonoids in sample of ＂Geng-nian-le＂ tablets were extracted by reflux/ng with C2 H5 OH＋ H2O （70＋30）, and determined by UV-spectrophotometry, using epimedoside as reference standard. Linear relationship was obtained between the absorbance and concentration of flavonoids （expressed in terms of epimedoside） in the range of 2. 19- 25. 92 mg· L^- 1. Recovery and precision of the method were tested, giving values of average recovery obtained at different concentration levels of 98. 6% and value of RSD＇s （n=5） of 0. 53%.
