摘  要:利用自组装的毛细管电泳非接触电导检测装置建立了水杨酸(SA,羟基自由基捕获剂)及其羟基化产物2,3-二羟基苯甲酸(2,3-DHBA)和2,5-二羟基苯甲酸(2,5-DHBA)的分离测定方法。在最佳条件下10min内即可完成分离,其线性范围为0.03~15.0mg·L^(-1)L^(-1),检出限(S/N =3)为0.01mg·L^(-1),对0.7mg·L^(-1)混合溶液进行测定,SA、2,3-DHBA和2,5-DHBA峰面积的相对标准偏差(n=8)依次为2.9%,3.2%,3.6%。Salicylic acid (SA), a common siezing agent for hydroxyl free radical ( · OH), and its hydroxylating products with the · OH free radical, i. e. , 2, 3-dihydroxyhenzoic acid (2, 3-DHBA) and 2, 5- dihydroxyhenzoic acid (2,5-DHBA), were separated and determined by capillary electrophoresis with non-contact conductivity detection. Under optimum conditions, the above mentioned compounds were separated and detected within 10 min. Linear relationship between response signal and concentration of either of the 3 compounds was kept in the range of 0. 03--15. 0 mg · L^-1 , with detection limits of 0. 01 mg · L^-1. Test for precision was made at the concentration level of 0. 7 mg· L^-1 of each of the 3 compounds with 8 determinations, value of RSD's for measurements of peak area were found to be 2. 9% (for SA), 3. 2% (for 2,3-DHBA) and 3.6% (for 2,5-DHBA).
