摘 要:基于单宁酸对过氧化氢和高碘酸钾溶液在温温-40存在下化学发光反应的增敏作用,结合流动注射技术,建立测定痕量单宁酸化学发光的方法,测定单宁酸的线性范围为5.0×10^(-8)~1.0×10^(-5)mol·L^(-1);检出限为2.3×10^(-8)mol·L^(-1);对于5.0×10^(-6)mol·L^(-1)单宁酸进行11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为2.6%。对化学发光反应的机理也作了初步探讨。Based on the enhancing effect of tannic acid on the intensity of chemiluminescence (CL) produced by the reaction of H2O2 and KIO4 in the prescence of Tween 40, and by applying the flow injection technique, a new FI-CL method for determination of tannic acid in Shisandra Chinensis was proposed. Linear relationship between values of increase in CL intensity (AI) and concentration of tannic acid was obtained in the range of 5.0×10^-8~1.0×10^-5mol·L^-1, with its detection limit of 2.3×10^-1mol·L^-1. Precision of the method was tested at the concentration level of 5.0×10^-6mol·L^-1 of tannic acid for 11 determinations, the value of RSD's (n=11) obtained was 2. 6 %. A preliminary discussion on the mechanism of the chemil reaction was given.
