复方绞股蓝对金地鼠颊囊癌变过程中PCNA变化的影响

摘　　要：实验采用免疫组化技术,以增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)为检测指标,对复方GP阻断金地鼠颊囊癌前病变的作用进行观察,发现复方GP能有效地降低PCNA阳性细胞标识率,与模型对照组相比,有显著性差别.说明复方GP通过抑制细胞异常增殖而发挥阻癌抑癌效果.Using proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA, an immunohistochemistry technique) as detetective parameter to otserve the function of the compound prescription of Gynostemma Pentapyllum(CPGP) which blocked the golden hamster cheek pouch premalignancy. The results showed that CPGP could decrease the cells labelled PCNA. There was signigicant difference as compared with model group. It is illustrated that CPGP can exert blocking and inhibiting cancer's effect through inhibiting cell dysplasia.
