肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿血浆内皮素与病情严重程度及病程的关系

摘　　要：采用放射免疫方法测定了６８例肺炎患儿血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）水平，其中包括４２例合并心力衰竭，结果显示肺炎患儿血浆ＥＴ水平增高，当合并心力衰竭时升高则更为明显，并且程度越重ＥＴ水平越高，经统计学处理有显著性差异，４２例合并心力衰竭的肺炎患儿治疗后ＥＴ偏低组的病程为７２±２１ｄ，而偏高组的病程为１０６±３７ｄ。说明血浆ＥＴ与肺炎的病情严重程度、病程有一定的关系。The serum endothelin of 68 children with pneumonia was determined by immunologic method.The result showed that the level of ET was elevated in children with pneumonia complicated by heart failure and had significant difference compared to children with alone pneumonia.The higher the level of ET,the more severe the pneumonia.And it was found that ET was decreased while symptoms of heart failure were controlled and there was significant difference compared with non controlled.It is suggested that serum ET level is related to severity and prognosis of pneumonia.
