摘　　要：丁玲主编《北斗》,对《北斗》十分珍爱,细心呵护,精心培育,就像母亲培养自己的新生婴儿一样。《北斗》一面世,丁玲就以母亲的情怀,广泛团结各路新老作家、理论家。丁玲还通过举办"创作不振之原因及其出路"、"文学大众化问题"征文等多种促进刊物与读者互动的活动,吸引读者广泛参与,增加了期刊的凝聚力。Ding Ling （1904--1986）,a comtemporary Chinese writer,compiled the literary magazine Big Dipper with her love and eompasion. With the magazine,she united the writers and criticists of different ages and ideologies. In addition, she succeeded in increasing the power of cohension of the magazine by organizing various reader--pariticipating activities,such as inviting contrihutions on causes and solution for listlessness in literary creation,and popularization of Literature.
