摘　　要：硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料具有质轻、绝缘、隔热、透波的特点。文中介绍了具有优良介电性能、高密度聚氨酯泡沫塑料天线罩的研制情况。通过进行聚氨酯发泡料配方试验、耐候涂料选择、天线罩成型工艺研究,研制出结构强度高、介电性能优异、耐候性好的天线罩,满足产品使用要求。Rigid polyurethane foam has several advantages, such as low density, electrical insulation, heat insulation, and wave-transsion. In this paper, it was introduced the development of radome with good dielectric properties, which was made of high density polyurethane foamed plastic. Through the research about polyurethane foamed plastic formulation , weather protection coat and radome forming process, we developed the radome with high strength, fine dielectric property and good weather resistance, which could meet the needs of the product.
