摘  要:为降低膨润土配入量,进一步提高球团矿品位,探索了配加赤铁矿取代膨润土的可行性。结果表明:两种赤铁矿取代膨润土是可行的;印度赤铁矿配入20%可以取代1.3%的膨润土,但焙烧温度需提高40℃,且球闭矿各项指标较好;印度赤铁矿可以全部取代膨润土,此时焙烧温度需提高60℃;宣化当地"红粉"配比不宜超过10%,可部分取代膨润土。In order to reduce the dose of bentonite and increase the iron grade of pellets, a feasibility study on replacing bentonite by red iron ore is carried out. The results indicated that it is feasible to replace partial bentonite with red iron ore. In the pelletizing process,adding 20% Indian red iron ore can replace 1.3% bentonite,and the performance indexes of the pellets are desirable, but the roasting temperature must increase by 40℃. Indian red iron ore can replace all of bentonite, but the roasting temperature must increase by 60℃. Partial replacement of bentonite with Xuanhua red iron ore is also feasible,but the dose not exceed 10%.
