摘　　要：静脉矿业是将生产和消费过程中产生的废物转化为可重新利用的资源和产品,实现各类废物的再利用和资源化的产业。本文探讨了构建静脉矿业的必要性,并构建了评价指标体系,以促进我国矿业循环经济的发展。Venous mining industry is a department, which specialized in transform wastes produced during the course of production and consumption into renewable resources and products, and realize re - use and resourceful disposal of all kinds of wastes. In this paper, the necessity of constructing venous mining industry is discussed, and an evaluation index system is also proposed in order to promote development of recyclable mining economy in China.
