摘 要:合理评价大型建筑承包商群体发展状况对于如何促进其与建筑业的持续健康发展至关重要。采用基于DEA的Malmquist生产率指数对大型建筑承包商全要素生产率进行了评价,发现1996-2001年全要素生产率年度平均增长率为5.9%,2002-2005年达到了7.4%,表明我国的大型建筑承包商群体的发展质量取得了长足的进步;1996-2001年,全要素生产率增长主要由技术效率促进,技术进步起负作用,而2002-2005年,全要素生产率增长是二者共同作用的结果,总体而言技术效率的贡献稍大于技术进步的贡献;最后对技术效率和技术进步变迁进行了分析,并指出和解释了其变迁的原因。It is very crucial for sustainable development of Chinese large-scale construction contractors and construction industry to reasonably evaluate the formers growth. So, the method of Malmquist productivity index based on DEA is used in this article. The result shows that, during 1996-2001, the average annual growth ratio of its Total Factor Productivity(TFP) is 5.4%, while it is up to 7.4% during 2002- 2005, which indicates that large-scale contractors have made great progress during the last ten years; the growth of TFP is due to the growth of technical efficiency during 1996-2001, while during 2002-2005, it is caused by both growth of technical efficiency and technology progress; at last, the causes why technical efficiency and technology progress migrate are expounded.
