应用银夹在鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术患者的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨应用银夹在鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术患者的护理。方法患者行鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术，术中用银夹固定造孔，经过术前精心护理、术后切口护理及并发症的观察处理。结果治愈22／25眼（88％）、好转2／25眼（8％）、有效率24／25（96％），所有病例没有出现局部或全身毒副作用。结论银夹的应用，操作简便、无明显局部不适感、疗效好、无局部或全身毒副作用等优点，更好的为慢性泪囊炎老年人所接受。精心治疗和周密细致的护理观察是手术取得成功的重要环节。Objective torhinostomy of old To explore the application of silver clip in people. Method To review 23 cases （25 eyes） of endoscopic dacryocyschronic dacryocystitis patients over 60 years old, who underwent the endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy surgery with sliver clips used to maintain the stoma. They were followed up for a period range from 3 - 70 months. Result 22/25 eyes （88%） were cured, 2/25 eyes （8%） were improved, and the total effective rate reached to 24/25 （96%）.None of them appeared partial or systematical side effects. Conclusion The application of silver clip in endoscopy dacryocystorhinostomy for old people has been shown to be a convenient and effective method, without local discomfortableness or any partial or systematical side effects, and is easily accepted by old people.
