摘 要:测定淡紫拟青霉E7菌株对香蕉根结线虫致病性和生防效果,各处理间差异显著。结果表明,利用不同浓度E7孢子悬浮液侵染香蕉根结线虫卵,处理18d后含孢子109个/mL的E7孢子悬浮液对卵的相对寄生率为96.5%;利用不同稀释倍数的E7发酵滤液处理2龄幼虫,稀释1.5倍液处理6d后相对死亡率为98.2%。在温室盆栽试验中,用剂量为20、10和5g/株固体菌剂处理,90d后香蕉根围土壤中香蕉根结线虫2龄幼虫的群体密度比对照分别降低84.5%、71.1%和66.7%,香蕉根重分别增加27.7%、20.6%和8.4%,株高分别增加17.2%、49.6%和16.9,地上部鲜重分别增加31.9%、23.9%和21.1%。3g/株阿维地线净处理的虫口减退率为70.7%,与10g/株和5g/株固体菌剂处理效果接近。高剂量的E7菌剂防病和促生效果均高于剂量为3g/株阿维地线净处理。The E7 strain of Paecilomyces lilacinus was demonstrated as a highly effective strain to control banana rootknot nematode. There was significantly difference among the different treatments. Results indicated that the petri-dish test showed 96.5% of the eggs were parasitized by the fungus 18d (7 days at 18℃ plus 11 days at 25℃) after inoculation. Using fermented filtrates of different diluted times to deal with juvenile banana root-knot nematodes, relative death rate of juveniles was 98.2% by the 1.5 times diluted solution of E7 filtrate 6d after treatment. A pot experiment was conducted in glass house to evaluate the biological control effects of the E7 strain of P. lilacinus against banana root-knot nematode on banana as compared with the nematicide. After 90 days, the fungus solid culture treatment at dosages of 20 g/stock, 10 g/ stock and 5 g/stock reduced the larval population in the soil around the roots by 84.5%, 71.1% and 66.7%, increased the weight of root by 27.7%, 20.6% and 8.4%, increased the plant height by 17.2%, 49.6% and 16.9%, and increased the fresh mass weight of the above ground part of the plants by 31.9%, 23.9% and 21.1%, respectively. While in the treat- ment using arvertins (at dosages of 3g/stock) the population of larvae on banana plant was reduced 70.7%. The biological control effects of the high dosages E7 strain of P. lilacinus against banana root-knot nematode and promoting growth of banana are better than the arvertins(at dosages of 3g/stock).
