摘　　要：运用经济学视角,从抽象到具体,引出了工程索赔事件的影响分析方法,通过对合同的初始状态、可能状态、实际状态的分析,明确了FIDIC合同条件下工程索赔的具体方法。并通过具体的案例分析,阐明了在工程索赔过程中,灵活运用经济分析方法的技巧性问题。By using the vision of economics, the impact analysis method for project claim events is introduced from abstract to concrete. The detailed way for project claim under the FIDIC contract condition is given out via analysis into the initial state, possible state and real state of the contract. The skill to use economic analysis method flexibly in the project claim process is demonstrated by analyzing a specific case.
