摘　　要：针对信息共享空间组织结构与人员管理问题,在案例调研基础上阐述和剖析国外信息共享空间组织模型特点、组织结构运营、人员配置与管理等相关内容,并对我国信息共享空间组织结构与人员管理提出建议;旨在为我国大学图书馆构建信息共享空间服务体系提供参考依据。Aiming at the organization structure and staff management of IC, this paper introduces and analyzes the characteristics of organization mode, operations of organization structure, staff structure and management on the basis of studying the cases of IC in foreign academic libraries. It also gives some suggestions to the organization structure and staff management of IC in libraries of China, and previds references for the building of IC service system in Chinese libraries.
