摘　　要：目的：探讨B超引导下Mammotome系统微创切除乳腺病灶围术期的护理方法。方法：对40例乳腺疾病患者行初步诊断，应用利宁凝胶定位后在B超引导下行Mammotome系统微创切除病灶，并给予精心围术期护理。结果：本组切除病灶成功，经精心护理均痊愈出院。随访1—10个月无复发，美容效果满意。结论：B超引导下Mammotome系统微创切除乳腺病灶是安全有效的手术方式，国术期的精心护理有利于患者康复。Objective： To explore the method of perioperative nursing care in the treatment of breast mass by ultrasound guided Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy system. Methods： Initial diagnosis was made for 40 patients with breast mass and ultrasound guided Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy system was applied to those patients when the breast mass was located with Lining gel and careful nursing care was given to the patients at the same time. Results- The breast masses were excised successfully and all the patients were cured. No recurrence occurred by following up for I to 10 months. The results of operation were satisfactory. Conclusion ： It is safe and effective to apply ultrasound guided Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy system to the patients with breast masses and careful perioperative nursing care is helpful to patient＇s recovery.
