摘　　要：作为参加"5.12"抗震救灾行动的全军野战血站,通过对野战血站人员抽组、装备器材、职能任务以及完成的工作和主要成绩等方面进行全面分析,提出合理化建议和行之有效的改进方法,为全军野战血站建设提供有益的借鉴。The author made a comprehensive analysis on the selection of the staff members, equipment and materials, function and the main achievements of the field blood station. Based on the analysis, the author put forward some rational proposals and effective approaches for the construction of the field blood station of PLA.
