摘　　要：本文在调查研究基础上,提出了以科学发展观推进医院创新发展的思路和方法:解放思想,真抓实干,大力推进医院全面建设又好又快发展;突出重点,注重内涵,努力提升医院医疗服务市场竞争力;科学管理,优化服务,不断提高医院内涵建设的质量和效益;牢记使命,扎实工作,全面提升医院平战时综合保障能力。Based on investigation, the author put forward the following innovation trains of thought and methods. The first one was emancipating the mind and doing solid work to promote the overall construction of hospital much better and fast. The second one was laying stress on the key points and connotation building to improve the competitive ability of hospital in medical service market. The third one was practicing scientific management and optimized medical service to enhance the quality and benefits of connotation building of hospital. The last one was keeping firmly in mind and doing solid job to achieve all - round promotion of comprehensive support ability of hospital during peacetime and wartime.
