摘　　要：经济全球化的迅猛发展,使开展对外学术交流更加顺畅。对外学术交流共享世界科技发展成果,成为追赶科技前沿的重要途径。沈阳军区总医院在确立"融入学科建设、融入科技创新、融入人才培养、融入医学研究"的对外学术交流思路的基础上,让对外学术交流服务于医院重点学科建设、技术创新和人才培养,有力地推进了医院建设的创新发展。Rapid development of economic globalization has made international academic exchange easy. Common share of the achievements of the world＇s scientific and technological development through international academic exchange has become the major way to catch up with the forefront of the world＇s science and technology. In order to promote the innovational development of the hospital construction, our Hospital has put forward the idea of ＂four combinations＂, that is, to combine international academic exchange with the construction of disciplinary areas, with the science and technology innovation, with the training of creative talents, and with medical researches.
