摘　　要：在充分调研、广泛收集和阅读资料的基础上,经全军卫勤专家、管理专家和输血专家的充分论证,形成了我军战备血液储备库建设的基本理论和建设方案,总结了医院战备血液储备库建设试点的工作。Establishment of blood reserve bank for preparedness against war is a creative project. After extensive surveying, collecting and reading the related data, the author put forward a basic theory for construction of blood reserve bank for preparedness against war. The basic theory has been checked and approved by experts of logistics, management and transfusion of PLA. This paper described relative theory and practice and experience.
