解热毒注射液解热、镇静、抗惊作用的实验观察

摘　　要：对解热毒注射液进行了解热、镇静、抗惊厥作用的实验研究，结果表明：解热毒注射液对伤寒苗苗所致家免发热和大肠杆菌内毒素所致大鼠发热均有显著抑制作用，并且随剂量增加其解热作用增强且持久。该药又可促使小鼠足跖部汗腺的分泌；解热毒注射液具有降低小鼠自主活动的镇静作用，并且能对抗尼可刹米所致小鼠的惊厥。Jieredu Injection (JRDI) is a traditional Chinese intravenous preparation. In this study,the effects of JRDI on allaying fever.resisting convulsion and tranquilizing the mind have been investigated.The results are reported as follows: JRDI significantly inhibited the fever either induced by vaccine in rabbits or induced by endotoxin in rats. The antipyretic effets were enhanced and lasted in a dose-dependent manner.JRDI also promoted the secretion of sweat on foot in mice, which suggested that JRDI exerted the function of inducing diaphoresis. JRDI exerted not only the sedative effect on reducing the autonomic activity, but also the suppressing effect on convulsion induced by nikethamide.
