摘　　要：物权法的颁布对于我国物权制度的建立和完善具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文从社会性别视角出发,结合婚姻法和《农村土地承包法》的相关规定,指出我国现行夫妻共同财产制和土地承包经营权在保护妇女权益方面的缺陷,在此基础上重点探讨了物权法中的共有制度和土地承包经营权,在肯定物权法在此方面的贡献的同时,提出需完善之处。The enacting of Real Right Law has an importantly theoretical and realistic significance on the establish- ment and improvement of real right system in China. According to the rules of Marriage Law and Contracted Management of Land Law, this article from the angel of gender points out the defects of protection on women＇ s rights and interests about couples＇ joint property and the contracted management of land. On the basis of this, it mainly discusses the common ownership and right to the contracted management of land in Real Right Law. This article intends to confirm these virtues and put forward some ideas for improvement.
