摘　　要：本文分析了高校查新机构普遍存在的问题,并从查新资源共享、人力资源共享、网络服务平台的建设等方面对构建北京市高校查新机构联合体、构建联合体查新业务网络服务平台的可行性进行了探讨。This paper analyzes the common problems lied in university consolation organizations, and studies the feasibility of constructing the university consolation organizations＇ union of Beijing, as well as its network terrace. The research takes the following aspects into consideration： the share of novelty searching resources, the share of human resources, the construction of network service platform, etc.
