四川天保工程存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：从维护长江流域生态安全、促进林区社会经济可持续发展的全局出发,四川省于1998年在全国率先启动天保工程,开创了生态建设新局面。初步总结了四川10年天保工程建设取得的成效,分析了存在的问题,提出了对策措施。For safeguarding the ecological security of the Yangtze River Basin and promoting sustainable socio- economic development of the forest areas, Sichuan Province initiated the National Natural Forest Protection Project （NFPP） in 1998, which created a new situation in ecological construction. This article summarizes the results achieved in the course of Sichuan Natural Forest Protection Project Construction over the past 10 years, analyses the existent problems in the implementation of the project, and puts forward some measures and proposals to solve these problems.
