摘  要:为了描述反吹风条件下回转反吹袋式除尘器袋内气流的流动规律,应用不可压缩粘性气体流动能量方程,对反吹风时形成的袋内气流流场进行了理论分析,得到了袋内气流轴向风速和径向反吹风速的计算公式.通过对直径为100mm、长6000mm的滤袋模型实际轴向风速的测定,表明实测结果与理论计算值吻合较好.根据对袋内径向反吹风速分布的分析,提出较好保证径向反吹风速均匀分布的临界滤袋长径比值,为合理确定滤袋尺寸提供了依据.In order to study the gas flow during reverse filter cleaning in a rotary bag house, the energy equation of an incompressible viscous fluid was applied to theoretically analyze the reverse flow field. Equations for the axial flow velocity and radial reverse flow velocity in the bag house are obtained. Actual axial flow velocity was measured in a bag house model with diameter of 100 mm and length of 6000 mm and compared with the calculation results. Based on analysis of the radial reverse flow velocity in the bag house, a critical slenderness ratio for the filter-bag is suggested, which ensures the uniform distribution of the radial reverse flow velocity. This provides a theoretical basis for the determination of an appropriate size of the filter-bag.
