毛细管气相色谱内标法测定月见草种子油中γ-亚麻酸的含量

摘　　要：讨论了用毛细管气相色谱法测定月见草种子油中的γ-亚麻酸含量，种子油中脂肪酸用0．5mol／L氢氧化钾-甲醇液皂化，三氟化硼-甲醇液酯化成脂肪酸甲酯。采用Rtx-5毛细管柱，十七烷酸（C17：0）甲酯作为内标物，对γ-亚麻酸进行了定量分析。结果表明，月见草种子油中γ-亚麻酸的含量占11．23％。A method of capillary GC for the determination of fatty acids in oil of Oenothera odorata was reported.The oil was extracted by chemical method. Fatty acids in the oil was saponified by KOH-MeOH and trans formed to methyl esters by means of BF3-MeOH,under TLC surveillance. The methyl esters obtained were separated and determined by a Rtx-5 quartz capillary column, (30 m ×0. 25 mm, WCOT, fixative fluid 5% diphenyl-95% dimethyl polysiloxane). γ-Linolenic acid in the oil was determined with methyl heptadecanoate as internal standard. The contents of γ-linolenie acid in the oil sample was found to be 11. 23%.
