摘  要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳活性染色法,观察复方生脉饮对小鼠心肌乳酸脱氢酶(LH)同工酶的影响。结果表明:a)服用复方生脉饮10d的小鼠LDH总比活力比对照组提高13%。b)实验组小鼠心肌LDH同工酶谱发生显著变化,LDH1和LDH2增加,LDH4与LDH3减少。c)与对照组比较,实验组小鼠心肌LDH1-2比活力提高38%,LDH4-5比活力降低31%。d)小鼠剧烈运动后血乳酸清除速率显著加快。结果提示复方生脉饮改变LDH同工酶谱,增加LDH1-2此活力是其一个重要的抗疲劳机制。Effects of'Pulse Vitalizing Tonic Compound' (Fufangshengmaiyin, FSMY ) on mouse heart lactate dehy drogenase (LDH)isozyme was examined with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and active staining. Results showed that: (1) Total specific activity of LDH was increased by 13% after taken FSMY for 10 days,as com pared with the control. (2)LDH isozyme map of heart muscle changed significantly with increase of LDH1 and LDH2, and decreased of LDH4 and LDH5. (3) Specific activities of LDH1-2 was elevated by 38%,while that of LDH4-5 lowered by 31% as compared with the control. (4)Blood lactic acid clearance was accelerated after vig orous excercices. The above results pointed out that influence on LDH isozyme map and LDH1-2 specific activi ties are important aspects of anti-fatigue mechanism of FSMY.
