椭圆叶花锚中挥发油化学成分的GC-MS分析

摘　　要：采用GC-MS技术和NIST质谱库对椭圆叶花锚中挥发油的化学成分进行了分析和鉴定。首次从该植物的挥发油中发现并鉴定了其中的51个成分,并用色谱峰面积归一化法计算了各成分的相对含量。其中,含量在1%以上的组分有17种,占挥发油总量的51.56%。The chemical constituents of volatile oils of Haleniae Uiptica. Don were identified and analyzed by the methods of GC-MS and area normalization. The results show that for the first time, the 51 compounds were isolated and identified from the volatile oils of this plant. Among them, there were 17 compounds whose contents exceeded 1%, with a percent of 51.56% in the volatile oils.
