摘　　要：分析棒材厂400t冷剪机“快速换刀装置”在结构设计和使用中存在的问题，改进了不合理的部分，从而实现简化结构、方便操作、节约备件和维修费用。Some unreasonable parts have been improved after analyzing the structure of quick changing device and the existing problems in design and usage in 400t cold-sharing machine, which can simplify structure, operate convenience, save parts and maintenance cost.
